"The Cost Effectiveness and Efficacy of Psychotherapy." Dr. Lazar will be presenting a highly interesting overview of findings noted in the book: Psychotherapy is Worth it: A Comprehensive Review of Its Cost Effectiveness (publication date: March 2010), for which she was Editor and Co-author. In her presentation, she will emphasize the place of intensive psyhodynamic psychotherapy, by discussing one of the book chapters, "The Place of Long-Term and Intensive Therapy," written by Allan D. Rosenblatt, M.D.
