A Case Discussion with Anna Freud and Calvin Colarusso, M.D.
We will have the unique opportunity to listen to a case conference, audiotaped in 1973, at which Dr. Colarusso, then a candidate in child analysis at the Philadelphia Association for Psychoanalysis presented an adolescent analytic case to Anna Freud and an audience of other candidates. The case that Miss Freud discussed WILL NOT BE READ, but Dr. Colarusso’s published report, "The Psychoanalysis of a Severe Neurotic Learning Disturbance in a Gifted Adolescent Boy,” Bulletin of the Menninger Clinic 44(6), November 1980, will be available to pre-registered participants.
Calvin Colarusso M.D. is a training and supervising analyst in adult and child psychoanalysis at SDPSI and Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at UCSD.
